Overall Experience:* The entire process—from poor customer service to delayed delivery and the disappointing performance of the phone—has left me regretting my purchase. Once payment is made in advance, it feels like customers are left with no other option but to accept the situation, no matter how bad it gets. I hope Samsung takes this feedback seriously and makes improvements to ensure future customers don’t face the same issues
