April 15, 2024Listen, I’m as big of a fan of a good old fashioned, pretty, metal water bottle as the next girlie pop…BUT I have some beef with this 64oz Stanley. TikTok controls my brain and my wallet at this point, so I was HEAVILY (but very easily) influenced into buying one of these. Well, one small bank loan later, there she was – 12.44”, 1.80lbs of built tough all-American steel…or aluminum…or whatever it’s made of. The rigidity was never my concern, it was the claim of being, what they call, “leak resistant”. So it was to my shock, horror, and surprise, that after I carried my Stanley in my backpack into work, I felt a wet sensation down my backside and opened my pack to a lovely little puddle of water at the bottom. Now I’m not in the habit of cartwheeling, somersaulting, or barrel rolling into my place of employment, so I was a little discouraged when a water bottle that was, what I thought, completely upright seemed to have leaked a quarter of its contents into my backpack. Unless Stanley didn’t disclose that this water bottle performs some type of osmosis under certain conditions, I’m going to say this does far from resist leaks. Seems to encourage them, actually. All I can say to those who want to drive with one of these in their car…good luck. I took one small left turn and in 3.5 seconds my entire passenger side front seat was submerged. You really never know how much water is 64oz until you’re going 80 on the freeway and a Stanley tips over. Hindsight, I should have buckled in the water bottle, or barricaded it with something so it didn’t tip or roll, but I guess I just didn’t think I would have to worry about any of those things with…a leak resistant…water bottle…DON’T TURN YOUR BACK ON THIS WATER BOTTLE. If placed on a surface that’s 0.05 degrees off from level, just expect it to leak. Get renters insurance, or some type of homeowners insurance because if this thing goes down, you have about 5 seconds until you’re flooded. She’s a gorgeous gorgeous girl, but unfortunately has a terrible personality. After this, I’m convinced Stanley owners don’t ever move them. They just have their bottles stationary on a table, and that’s where they live for the rest of their little bottle lives. I love my big bertha, but I don’t trust her. I know Stanley carries another 64oz water bottle with the flip straw, which may help with leaking, but this one is just prettier. Plain and simple. And has the side handle. Come on.
Pretty color, but…..

May 13, 2024So I have a lot of re-usable cups/mugs/tumblers; I vary depending on my mood, but they all average around 20 - 24 oz. Saw the Stanley 40 oz quencher in Pomelo and fell in love - the prettiest shade of pale yellow that I had to buy it. I actually bought two - one to just keep at work, and one to always stay in my car so I can stay better hydrated as I drive a LOT between 3 states. So, a few things that bugs me:
1) When this tumbler is full, it’s insanely heavy, and the handle feels awkward to grasp - it feels like WAY too much weight on the handle. I end up sliding my hand inside the handle so my hand cups the tumbler but I still have to hold it with my other hand because it is REALLY heavy when full. I have read a lot of reviews between here and the Stanley website where people have issues with the handle breaking. I would assume it’s because of the weight issue when full which a plastic handle can’t continuously take. I know Stanley offers a “lifetime warranty” so I would recommend if you buy it, save your receipt and the SKU label just in case. And maybe don’t fill it up all the way.
2) It’s a bit “top heavy” when full due to the narrower base (car cup-holder design) and can tip easily if you accidentally bump into it even slightly. I have to be careful where I set my tumbler down due to this. I love the color, but the design could use some tweaking.
[Rewarded Review] Stanley is Groovy, Baby. Yeah.

August 23, 2024I had seen all of the rage about Stanley tumblers but thought I would be just fine drinking out of my collection of Yetis. Things changed when Academy sent me a teaser e-mail about the new design made exclusively for them by Stanley. The bright, happy, psychedelic colors lured me in, so I anxiously awaited the day I could purchase one. Once I did, I didn't regret it. It's even cuter in person! I didn't know I needed a handle until now, but apparently, I do. It really keeps drinks cold for hours and sometimes, my ice from the night before is still in there when I open it in the morning. There are only 2 things I don't like. The first is having an open straw that I can't seal closed. I know I can solve this with a straw cap, but it's not ideal. The other thing that is a little frustrating is the screw-on lid. It sometimes takes me several attempts to get it aligned and on the right side. I see why they designed it this way since it can work for both left-handed and right-handed people, but it does take a little time and patience sometimes to get it on right. Overall, I love this mug and am now officially a member of the "Big, Dumb Mug" Club, but I'm not mad about it. :)

February 6, 2024To whom it really should concern,
I would never purchase another thing at this point from StockX and I wish I could give you all zero stars. It was unreal how long it took to receive this product. I’ve purchased products on the other side of the world faster. This was a joke and on top of that, I paid top dollar. I feel, and please forgive me of my vulgar language very screwed. For the exception of the product and FedEx you took the wind out of my sails on this purchase. once again, I was screwed on shipping it shouldn’t have taken that long from the time it was picked up and delivered to my door. I don’t blame FedEx. Lately, it seems to be a trend for bad sellers messing with shipping and pocketing the money. If I was selling this item and received my money immediately, I would run down to get the product verified right away and shipped out as soon as possible. So you’ll have a happy customer and great ratings. Oh no, instead took their sweet time to bring down to have it verified. StockX, you really need to rethink about reconfiguring your company and excuse me for being so blunt. Honestly, I couldn’t be the only one feeling this way, and I don’t foresee your company making it in the future if you continue to go down this road. I see other companies like eBay can do it faster and they did!
I was so frustrated of waiting. I sought out another Tumbler to order from eBay two weeks after purchasing from you. I was so excited. I found a two Tumbler deal that was way cheaper, and came roughly from the same location. The kicker it came two weeks earlier than yours arrived and I thought what you got to be kidding me! I received eBay items promptly, in excellent condition, they were the real deal too!! So ecstatic for the find, the warm fuzzies and to boot extra one to give my teen for a very early Valentine day gift. I gave them an exceptional review for outstanding service. I also had the experience I was looking for from you. Y’all blew it!!
So, turning your negative into some kind of a positive, the tumbler was depicted correctly. Unfortunately, it totally ruined the whole experience, the excitement and for my first time on your site. That’s really sad and disappointing. I really hope you take serious consideration listening to this review.
I would feel horrible if this was my company, and especially for the buyers that are thinking seriously of spending thousands and thousands of dollars for the overly inflated prices of the rare find. I hope your company thinks long and heard about the situation and works with your sellers and you fix this horrible situation you created. That can ruin a company in a heartbeat, and the only way I can foresee why people purchase from you are the rare finds. The thing is people won’t be returning customers unless that’s what you’re all about and I really don’t think that’s the case here. Looking back at my experience, I think you have some huge changes to make.
I want to thank you for allowing me to make a honest review and I hope you really take it to heart. Hope you figure it out and if you do, I would give it another try. At this point, it’s a big dealbreaker and a solid NO.
🙄🥺
Best of luck!
