Constant Updates

It works alright, the camera is decent, its pretty fast. The reason the phone only gets 2 stars from me is because it updates constantly. It updates multiple times a month and it doesn't ask me when to do it. The update screen will pop up and after 1 or 2 times of saying "remind me later," it will just force the update. Its incredibly frustrating because with older models, you could SCHEDULE the updates when the reminders came up. That is not an option with this phone. My time clock for work is an app on my phone, it forced an update as I was gathering my things to leave. I couldn't use the desktop version of the time clock because it required a passcode to be sent to my mobile number, too bad the thing is updating again for the 3rd time this month and I had to wait for 15 minutes while it rebooted. This was LAST WEEK. What finally prompted me to write this review is the fact that the phone has been trying to update since last night but it was not a convenient time. Of course, it didn't update in the night while I was sleeping, but it prompted me another time once I woke up. I was heading to work and needed to be able to clock in so not a good time, wish I could SCHEDULE the update. Get home from work and take a nap, go to check my phone after a 2 hour nap, "Update in 10 seconds, phone restarting." I guess it can only update if you're using it?? I have had the phone for 5 months and this has been a problem the entire time.
Good phone - but no charger

Phone is good, managed to charge up and transfer data from the previous phone ok
I chose this model as it still has the option to use SD cards for extra memory.
Slightly disappointed with the Samsung shop experience. Note that you do not get a charger or earphones with a renewed phone - you have to buy these separately, but they don't tell you this when purchasing - its only when it arrives with a USB C to USB C cable you realise you need to buy a new 25w plug with USB C port. Nor does it arrive with any charge in it - even though you have to fully charge your trade in before returning.

All this despite the website (https://www.samsung.com/uk/certified-re-newed-phones/?srsltid=AfmBOoq2EhB3_ka4mcDiwADi5Z23J-8NffrIHo-52l4SWna9I8L8Wii4) stating "Every Samsung Certified Re-Newed refurbished Galaxy smartphone comes complete with everything you’d expect from a brand new phone." and a page that shows you you get a charger and earphones with the phone (https://www.samsung.com/uk/support/mobile-devices/find-out-whats-in-the-box-for-galaxy-s20/)
I think this is what you're looking for

Like me, you're looking at this phone because you have a S10 or an older version. You want this phone because it's the only S line left that has an SD card. You may heard about S20 Ultra camera problems, correct? You're wondering does the S20 have it? I can tell you it does not. Such a huge relief. Finally, when I buy phones online, alot of them say "New" but it's not unlocked phone by a courier. Yes, it's new but it was from a telecommunications company. I hate that. For me that's not considered new and it's a lie..... However, for this phone here, you have nothing to worry about. It's an actual NEW phone factory unlocked by Samsung themselves! You can't imagine how super happy I was when I saw that. Because the box on these factory ones are different from the "New" ones you git from a telecommunications company. So if you're like me, coming from an S10 , this is the phone you need, and it checks all the boxes.
